General Description
The SY21242 high efficiency step-up regulator operates using current mode control, over an input voltage range from 2V to 6V. It integrates an Nchannel MOSFET with low 120mΩ RDS(ON) to minimize conduction loss.
The 1MHz switching frequency and internal pensation reduce external ponent count and save PCB space, and the built-in internal softstart circuitry minimizes inrush current at startup.
The SY21242 is available in a pact SOT23-6 package.
