SY26004 Description
The SY26004 high efficiency 2.4MHz synchronous Buck converter operates over a wide input voltage range from 2.5V to 6V and is capable of delivering up to 4A output current. It integrates a top FET and a bottom FET with very low RDS(ON) to minimize conduction loss. The SY26004 adopts a constant on-time and ripple-based control strategy to achieve fast transient responses.
