SY28637A Overview
Description
The SY28637A is a voltage monitor which operates from 1.7V to 6.5V and has a low quiescent current with an active-high push-pull output. The SY28637A monitors voltage above 500mV with 1% threshold accuracy over temperature and provides a programmable delay time using external capacitors.
