SY8286 Description
The SY8286 develops a high efficiency synchronous step-down DC/DC regulator capable of delivering 6A continuous, 12A peak current. The device integrates main switch and synchronous switch with very low RDS(ON) to minimize the conduction loss. SY8286 also integrates a bypass switch which allows the IC to be powered by external DC source.
