SY8286C Description
The SY8286C develops a high efficiency synchronous step-down DC/DC regulator capable of delivering 6A current. The device integrates main switch and synchronous switch with very low RDS(ON) to minimize the conduction loss. The SY8286C has a fixed 5V DC/DC output and integrates a 5V 100mA LDO with bypass switch and individual enable control.
