SY83088C Description
The SY83088C develops a high efficiency synchronous Buck converter capable of delivering 8A current. It integrates the top MOSFET and the bottom MOSFET with very low RDS(ON) to minimize the conduction loss. In addition, it operates at pseudo-constant frequency of 600kHz under CCM condition to minimize the size of inductor and capacitor.
