The SiLM2660/SiLM2661 is a low-power, high-side N-channel FET driver for battery charge/discharge system control.
A high-side control avoids ground disconnection in the system and allows continuous communication between the battery pack and host system.
The SiLM2660 has additional P-channel FET control to allow low-current pre-charge to a deeply discharged battery, and it also integrates a PACK+ voltage monitor for the host to sense the PACK+ voltage.
