SiLM572x-AQ High Speed Dual Channel Digital Isolator GENERAL DESCRIPTION The SiLM572x-AQ devices are high performance, dual channel digital isolator with 5.0 kVRMS (SOP8W) and 3 kVRMS (SOP8) isolation rating per UL1577. The SiLM572x-AQ devices provide high electromagnetic immunity and low emissions at low power consumption. The SiLM5720-AQ device has both channels in the same direction while the SiLM5721-AQ device has both channels in the opposite direction. In the event of input power or signal loss, the default output is high for devices without suffix F and low for devices with suffix F.
