Description

The SiLM572x devices are high performance, dual channel digital isolator with 5.0 kVRMS (SOP8W) and 3 kVRMS (SOP8) isolation rating per UL1577.

The SiLM572x devices provide high electromagnetic immunity and low emissions at low power consumption.

SiLM5720/SiLM5721/SiLM5722 High Speed Dual Channel Digital Isolator GENERAL DESCRIPTION The SiLM572x devices are high performance, dual channel digital isolator with 5.0 kVRMS (SOP8W) and 3 kVRMS (SOP8) isolation rating per UL1577. The SiLM572x devices provide high electromagnetic immunity and low emissions at low power consumption. The SiLM5720 device has both channels in the same direction while the SiLM5721 device has both channels in the opposite direction. In the event of input power or signal loss, the default output is high for devices without suffix F and low for devices with suffix F.
