SiLM6880
Overview
The SiLM6880/81 is a high efficiency synchronous step down regulator. It can deliver 1A continuous current.
- Wide input voltage range: 6V to 80V
- Output current capability: 1A
- 1.2V reference voltage with ±1.5% accuracy over temperature
- Integrates low RDSON high side/ low side FET: 600mΩ/290 mΩ
- 20μA quiescent current and 15μA shutdown current
- Constant on time control for fast transient response
- Integrates soft start to limit inrush current
- Open drain power good output
- Programmable UVLO
- Peak and valley current limit protection
