GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The SiLM6880/81 is a high efficiency synchronous step down regulator. It can deliver 1A continuous current. The SiLM6880/81 operates over a wide input voltage range from 6V to 80V and integrates the main switch and synchronous switch with very low RDSON to minimize the power loss and provide a high efficiency solution.
The SiLM6880/81 adopts the constant on time (COT) control architecture to achieve fast transient response. The ultra-low quiescent and diode emulation mode operation improves the efficiency at light load.
