96 x 4 Dots Segment-type LCD Controller/Driver
1. INTRODUCTION
ST7035 is a LCD driver & controller LSI for graphic dot-matrix liquid crystal display systems. It contains 96 segment and 4 common driver circuits. ST7035 can be connected directly to a microprocessor with 3-Line serial peripheral interface (3-SPI) or I2C compatible interface. Display data written by MPU is stored in an on-chip Display Data RAM (DDRAM) of 96 x 4 bits. ST7035 performs Display Data RAM write-operation without external clock to minimize power consumption. In addition, the built-in LED backlight control circuit can setup an LED backlight system with minimal components if necessary.
