General Description

The SKY13274-349LF is a PHEMT AlGaAs single-pole, doublethrow switch designed for use as a transmit receive (TR) switch for ultra-wideband (UWB) transceivers.

This switch offers excellent insertion loss and isolation over wide bandwidth.
