The device is fabricated using Skyworks high reliability Gallium Arsenide (Ga As) Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor (HBT) process, which allows for single supply operation while maintaining high efficiency and good linearity. Microwave Monolithic Integrated Circuits (MMICs), prised of Ga As and Silicon CMOS, contain RFIN 2 3 4 VCC1 VCC2 VREF Skyworks offers lead (Pb)-free, Ro HS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances)-pliant packaging.
