SMP1325-087LF Description
The SMP1325-087LF is a surface mountable PIN diode suitable for use in an RF switch or attenuator circuit. Maximum resistance at 100 mA is 0.55 Ω and maximum capacitance at 20 V is 0.6 pF. The bination of low capacitance, low parasitic inductance, and nominal 100 μm Iregion width, makes the SMP1325-087LF useful in large signal switches and attenuator applications.
