SSD1770 Description
SSD1770 is a single-chip CMOS color STN LCD driver with controller for dot-matrix graphic liquid crystal display system. SSD1770 consists of 393 high voltage driving output pins for driving maximum 104 RGB Segments, 80 mons and 1 icon-driving mon. SSD1770 consists of 312 (104 RGB) x 81 x 4 bits Graphic Display Data RAM (GDDRAM).
