SSD1773 Description
SSD1773 is a single-chip CMOS color STN LCD driver with controller for dot-matrix graphic liquid crystal display system. SSD1773 consists of 393 high voltage driving output pins for driving maximum 104 RGB Segments, 81 mons CSTN panel. SSD1773 consists of 104 RGB x 81 x 16 bits Graphic Display Data RAM (GDDRAM).
