YT5166 Description
The YT5166 is a semiconductor integrated circuit for use in servo motor in radio control applications. The built-in voltage regulating circuit, and the differential parator used in the parator circuit provide the YT5166 with extremely stable power supply voltage fluctuation characteristics and temperature change characteristics.
