The XC6225 series is a high accuracy, low noise, and low dropout CMOS LDO regulator.

The series includes a reference voltage source, an error amplifier, a driver transistor, a current limiter, and a phase compensation circuit.

The CE function enables the entire circuit to be turned off by a low level input signal to the CE pin.

XC6225 series is Not Recommended for New Designs.
