TC74AC153F Overview
It achieves the high speed operation similar to equivalent Bipolar Schottky TTL while maintaining the CMOS low power dissipation. Each of these data (1C0-1C3, 2C0-2C3) is selected by the two address inputs A and B. Separate strobe inputs (1G , 2G ) are provided for each of the two four-line sections.
