Dual 4-Channel Multiplexer 2. General The 74HC153D is high speed CMOS DUAL 4-CHANNEL MULTIPLEXERs fabricated with silicon gate C2MOS technology. They achieve the high speed operation similar to equivalent LSTTL while maintaining the CMOS low power dissipation.
