General Description

• Quad 2-Channel Multiplexer 2.

General The 74HC157D is high speed CMOS 2-CHANNEL MULTIPLEXER fabricated with silicon gate C2MOS technology.

It achieves the high speed operation similar to equivalent LSTTL while maintaining the CMOS low power dissipation.

Key Features

(1) Wide operating temperature range: Topr = -40 to 125.
(Note 1) (2) High speed: tpd = 10 ns (typ. ) at VCC = 5 V (3) Low power dissipation: ICC = 4.0 µA (max) at Ta = 25.
