The TB67S179FTG is a Clock controlled PWM chopping type 2-phase unipolar stepping motor driver. Using the BiCD process, the TB67 S179FTG can be operated with VM voltage of 80V, output voltage of 80V, and output current of 1.5A at max (absolute maximum ratings).
