General Description

TB9056FNG is an automotive DC servo motor driver.

With a target motor rotational position supplied by the external LIN (Local Interconnect Network) signal, it measures the current motor position using a potentiometer and controls motor rotation so that its rotational position reaches to the target position.

Up to 16 devices can be connected as slaves on a single bus.

  • Communication rate: 19,200 / 9,600 / 4,800 / 2,400 bps (with switching pins).
  • Based on LIN 1.3 Protocol Specification.
  • Bidirectional DC motor driver(H-bridge): 1 channel (Ron typ. : Pch+Nch = 2.2 Ω).
  • Driver short-circuit protection: ±1.5 A (typ. ).
  • Over temperature and overvoltage protection circuits.
  • Standby current consumption: 10 μA or less.
  • Operating supply voltage range: 7 to 18 V.
  • Operating temperature range.
