TC74AC374P, TC74AC534P The TC74AC374 and TC74AC534 are advanced high speed CMOS OCTAL FLIP-FLOPS fabricated with silicon gate and double-layer metal wiring C2MOS technology. They achieve the high speed operation similar to equivalent Bipolar Schottky TTL while maintaining the CMOS low power dissipation.
