TC74VHC368FN Overview
The JEDEC SOP (FN) is not available in Japan. TC74VHC367F, TC74VHC368F The TC74VHC367 and 368 are advanced high speed CMOS HEX BUS BUFFERs fabricated with silicon gate C2MOS technology. They achieve the high speed operation similar to equivalent Bipolar Schottky TTL while maintaining the CMOS low power dissipation.
