2. General
The TLP2768B consists of a high-output light-emitting diode coupled with integrated high gain, high-speed photodetectors. The TLP2768B guarantees operation at up to 125 � and on supplies from 2.7 V to 5.5 V. It is open drain output type and housed in the SO6L package. The TLP2768B supports slow inputs to the LED and the detector, eliminating the need to add components to suppress chattering noise and contributing to reduction of external circuit. The TLP2768B has an internal Faraday shield that provides a guaranteed common-mode transient immunity of ±50 kV/µs.
