TOSHIBA BiCD Process IC Silicon Monolithic TB62206FG BiCD PWM 2−Phase Bipolar Stepping Motor Driver TB62206FG The TB62206FG is designed to drive a 2−phase bipolar stepping motor. With BiCD process technology, this device enables output withstand voltage of 40 V and maximum current of 1.8 A to be achieved.
