General Description

The Qorvo TGA2227 is a wideband, low noise amplifier fabricated on Qorvo’s TQGaN15 production GaN-on-SiC process.

The TGA2227 operates from 2–22 GHz and provides > 15 dB of small signal gain with 2 dB of midband noise figure.

The TGA2227 can be biased over a wide range of voltage with little impact on noise figure and gain;
