General Description

The TQL9047 is a cascadable, high linearity gain block amplifier in a low-cost surface mount package.

At 1.9 GHz, the amplifier typically provides 14.5 dB gain, +35.5 dBm OIP3 and 1.6 dB Noise Figure while drawing 70 mA current from a 5V supply.
