The TQP8M9013 is a high dynamic range two-stage driver amplifier in a low-cost surface-mount package.

The amplifier is able to achieve high performance across a broad range with +44 dBm OIP3, +28 dBm P1dB, and 2.9 dB Noise Figure while drawing 225 mA current at 2140 MHz.
