Fabricated using a mature silicon process (HMIC), it is ideally suited for high volume cellular and wireless applications. Typical applications include frequency up/down conversion, modulation and demodulation in GSM, AMPS, DAMPS and JDC frequencies. Pin Configuration Pin Function Pin Function 1 GND 5 LO 2 GND 6 GND 3 GND 7 GND 4 IF 8 RF NOTE: LO and RF ports may be interchanged with a slight degradation in electrical performance.
