U74AUP1G08 Description
The U74AUP1G08 is a 2-input AND gate which provides the Function Y= Α Β or Y=A B in positive logic. This device ensures a very low static and dynamic power consumption across the entire VCC range from 0.8V to 3.6V. This device has power-down protective circuit, preventing device destruction when it is powered down.
