U74AUP1G86 Overview
The U74AUP1G86 is a single 2-input EXCLUSIVE-OR gate which provides the Function Y = A ⊕ B or Y = AB + AB in positive logic. This device ensures a very low static and dynamic power consumption across the entire VCC range from 0.8V to 3.6V. This device has power-down protective circuit, preventing device destruction when it is powered down.
