CHR2270-QRG Description
The CHR2270-QRG is an integrated transponder circuit, manufactured in SiGe technology and designed to be patible with ETSI ES 200 674 and EN 300 674 dedicated to short-range munications at 5.8GHz. It includes all the RF functions for bidirectional transmission and digital interfaces to controller, with high flexibility for performances customization. Three modes are implemented:.
