All the active devices are self biased on chip. The circuit is dedicated to sensors and also well suited for a wide range of microwave and millimetre wave applications and systems. The circuit is manufactured with a pHEMT process, 0.25µm gate length. LO It is supplied in a 24 leads RoHS compliant QFN4x5 package.
