JANKCC1N4108 Overview
These 0.5 W zener diode chips are electrically equivalent to the 1N4099 - 1N4135 series diodes. They are patible with all wire bonding and die attach techniques with the exception of solder reflow. These chips are also available in mercial versions using prefix CD.
