The miniaturized TFDU4201 is an ideal transceiver for applications in telecommunications like mobile phones and pagers.

Lowest Power Consumption 55 µA, Receive Mode, 1 µA Shutdown.
Only 30 mA IRED Peak Current During Transmission.
Wide Supply Voltage Range (2.4 V to 3.6 V).
Operational down to 2.0 V.
Fewest External Components Internal Current Control Tri-State Output (Rxd) High EMI Im.
