TSOP1138GL1 - Photo Modules for PCM Remote Control Systems

Download the TSOP1138GL1 datasheet PDF. This datasheet also covers the TSO variant, as both devices belong to the same photo modules for pcm remote control systems family and are provided as variant models within a single manufacturer datasheet.

Description

The TSOP11..GL1

series are miniaturized receivers for infrared remote control systems.

PIN diode and preamplifier are assembled on lead frame, the epoxy package is designed as IR filter.

The demodulated output signal can directly be decoded by a microprocessor.

PIN diode and preamplifier are assembled on lead frame, the epoxy package is designed as IR filter. The demodulated output signal can directly be decoded by a microprocessor. The main benefit is the operation with short burst transmission codes (e.g. RECS 80) and high data rates.
