Descriptions
The WD3120 is a high efficiency, peak current control mode DC-DC boost converter. It supports up to 1A output current with an integrated low RDS(ON) (130m) N-channel MOSFET and cycle by cycle current limit protection. The device provides a USB 5V pliant power output from a single Li-ion battery.
