W55RP20 Chip The main clock speed of the W55RP20 supports a CPU frequency of up to 133 MHz, and it has 2 MB of flash memory and 264 kB of SRAM built-in. It includes an integrated Ethernet PHY and is equipped with a total of 5 timers (1 Watchdog Timer and 4 General Timers).
