Overview

The OPA607-Q1 and OPA2607-Q1 devices are decompensated, minimum gain of 6 V/V stable, general-purpose CMOS operational amplifiers with low noise of 3.8 nV/√ Hz and a GBW of 50 MHz. The low voltage offset drift (dVOS/dT) and wide bandwidth of the OPAx607-Q1 devices make them attractive for low cost general-purpose applications like low side current sensing and TIA (transipedance amplifier).
