Description
The TPD2E2U06-Q1 is a Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protection diode array with low capacitance. This dual-channel ESD protection diode is rated to dissipate ESD strikes above the maximum level specified in the IEC 61000-4-2 international standard.
