TPS22971 Description
The TPS22971 is a space-saving single-channel load switch with controlled and adjustable Turn-ON slew rate and an integrated Power Good indicator. The device contains an N-channel MOSFET that can operate over a low input voltage range of 0.65 V to 3.6 V and can support a maximum continuous current of 3 A. A low on-resistance of 6.7-mΩ minimizes the power loss and voltage drop across the load switch.
