Description

The TPS563240 is a simple, easy-to-use, 3-A synchronous step-down regulator in SOT-23 package.

The peak transient output current can be 3.5 A.

The devices are optimized to operate with minimum external component counts and also optimized to achieve low standby current.

Features

  • 1 3-A converter integrated 70-mΩ and 30-mΩ FETs, support 3.5-A transient.
  • D-CAP3™ mode control with fast transient response.
  • Input voltage range: 4.5 V to 17 V.
  • Output voltage range: 0.6 V to 7 V.
  • Pulse-skip mode during light load operation without going below 25-kHz switching frequency.
  • 1.4-MHz switching frequency.
  • Low shutdown current less than 10 µA.
  • 1% feedback voltage accuracy (25 ºC).
  • Startup from pre-biased o.
