General Description

The TPS65520 is a highly efficient, 8-channel power management IC for digital still cameras (DSCs) integrating power MOSFETs and operating from an input voltage range of 1.5 to 5 V.

Its optimized circuit configuration maintains stable regulation characteristics while minimizing the number of external components required for phase compensation and other purposes.

The TPS65520 controls each output channel by communicating with the Sub-CPU through a serial interface.
