General Description

The TPS65520A is a highly efficient, 8-channel power management IC for digital still cameras (DSCs) integrating power MOSFETs.

The device operates from an input voltage range of 1.5 V to 5 V.

The optimized circuit configuration maintains stable regulation characteristics while minimizing the number of external components required for phase compensation and other purposes.
