Low capacitance unidirectional ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD) protection diode designed to protect one signal line from the damage caused by ESD and other transients.

- Low diode capacitance Cd = 25 pF.
- ESD protection up to 26 kV.
- IEC 61000-4-2; level 4 (ESD).
- IEC 61000-4-5 (surge); IPPM = 3.5 A.
- Low clamping voltage: VCL = 12 V.
- Qualified according to AEC-Q101 and recommended for use in automotive.
