Description

The uP8806 is an ultra low noise, fast response, high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) low dropout regulator specifically designed to continuously deliver up to 300mA output current.

Features

include foldback overcurrent protection, quick soft start, and overtemperature protection. The uP8806 is available in fixed output voltage from 0.8V to 4.75V with 0.1V per step. The device comes in SC70 - 5L,SC82 - 4L, (T)SOT23 - 3L/5L, SOT223 - 3L, WDFN1.6x1.6 - 6L SOT89 - 3L and TO252 - 3L packages. Features Wide Input Voltage Range from 2.4 to 6V Ultra Low Dropout Voltage: 300mV @ 300mA High Power Supply Rejection Ratio Up to 74dB @1kHz Ultra Fast Response in Line/Load Transient St.
