uP8806Q
Description
The uP8806P/Q is an ultra low noise, fast response, high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) low dropout regulator specifically designed to continuously deliver up to 300mA output current. Designed with a P-channel MOSFET series pass transistor, the uP8806P/Q yields extremely low dropout voltage (e.g. 300mV at 300mA).
